Coaching and mentoring
The Energy Transition presents enormous organisational and workforce challenges for the companies and institution involved. The pace of change, and the disruptive potential of new technologies makes the energy industry an exciting and challenging place to work, but the polarisation of public opinion and the competing demands of work-life balance can also have an impact on staff and team motivation and dynamics.
